Overland offers programs for students in grades 4–12. Adventure, Explorer, Expedition, Challenge and Outdoor Education trips provide age-appropriate experiences and levels of challenge.

Are phones allowed on Overland trips?
Students leave their phones at home. Overland does not permit camper calls, emails or text messages during trips, except for supported calls at arrival, departure or during an emergency.
How large are Overland travel camp groups?
Groups are limited to 12 students. Overland considers age, grade, gender and the mix of hometowns and schools when building supportive, welcoming groups.
How does Overland approach safety and risk management?
Risk management guides trip planning, leader hiring, training, field practices and annual reviews. Leaders are certified in First Aid and CPR and complete Overland’s 10-day training before trips begin.
